Project Description

This project was a 7,500 sq ft fit out of the 5^th floor of the existing Capitol Theatre Building, Patricks St Cork. MedProGas were engaged to offer full design of the primary lab gas services including a Nitrogen Generator (Grade 4.0) New Compressor and New Vacuum plant and associated gas detection systems to 3 no. Research Labs. This project was carried out within an existing occupied / ‘live’ building.

All Lab Gas Primary Plant was designed to fit within an extremely restricted external roof space. Internally, MedProGas offered bespoke regulated outlet points to suit Client specific requirements. All works installed / signed off to BCGA requirements and Clients satisfaction.
