Project Description

MedProGas completed design development, installation testing and comm1ss1oning to current BCGA / HTM Standards of a specialist Ultra High Purity Nitrogen Distribution System to new holding/ storage facility for Intel tooling equipment.

The 4,768 m2 (51,319 ft2) (Temperature-controlled, nitrogen purging warehouse 2,509 m2 (27,007 ft2) / Pharma rooms +2/+25 C & semiconductor cleanroom facility 651 m2 (7,007 ft2

The new orbitally welded Ultra High Purity Stainless  Steel  services are distributed from a BOC Bulk Vessel (grade 5.9 N2), serving the build via a Trim Heater and then distributes into the main internal climate controlled space. The 1" UHP high level ring main runs around the full internal space and drops to serve

21 no. user points at previously agreed setout locations.

Completed works tested / commissioned by Gas Analysis Services. Full validation and Intel signoff on completion of install, prior to tool hook up.
